WWII United States Signal Corps Radio Receiver BC-652-A, above two photos.
This WWII produced Signal Corps Radio Receiver BC-652-A, Serial Number 14545, Contract 35924-PHILA-43, was part of the
SCR-506 Radio Set used in vehicles as the command radio set. Designed for installation in tanks, amphibian cars, personnel
carriers and cars to provide communication between these vehicle and airplanes or base stations. The Signal Corps BC-652-A
has two shortwave bands. Band 1 covers 2-3.5 MHz and Band 2 covers 3.5-6 MHz. Modes of reception include AM and CW.
